Can Your Real Estate Investment Guru Pass This Test?

Fortunately, there's an easy way to find out: Run 'em through the Real Estate Guru Test!

After all, cosmetologists and undertakers need to take tests to put makeup on people, or bury them. Shouldn't real estate gurus be able to pass a test before they can earn your trust?

I say "Yes they should!"

Here are the tough questions they should be able to answer, and also how I rate on them. (For more details on how I rate on any question, just click the underlined link in that box.)
