Dave, Your 3 Contractor Clauses are right on. I've dealt with Contractors for 27 years and have had similar experiences. Mine have always been within my own Projects, but your comments are wise ones…

After 30 years as a contractor and now in my 3 third investing in real Estate Dave is RIGHT ON!!!! The proper paperwork can make or break a good project. Here's to making MONEY!!!!!
