I appreciate this information. I have interviewed different management companies and most do not do (or aware) of all five of these steps.
I will use these 5 things in my future interviews to help me determine if they are the right company for me to work with in the future.

I just purchased the zero down apt complex system. I love that it was so straight forward. And as for this little tip I see that your teaching method is so different from others. I really feel as though I am going to learn a ton from the system. Counting the days til it appears in my mail. Dying to get started. Thanks for The management tips.

Hi Mike, Can you elaborate on how you got the seller to have you take over, what situation lead to that?
