I missed you in California, when are you caming back. Also I have 4 properties in Michigan that I have no idea what to do with them. I bought them in 2006 they are free and clear. I have no one to managed them. Please help me.
You forgot to mention you have to look out for the sharks while surfin just like in the real estate investing world….lol
