Sounds solid and interesting! I&#039;ve been involved in a number of seminars and read over 100 books on the topic and I really think you are giving good advice here. I&#039;ve been buying/managing and selling properties in 3 countries, and I believe that real and useful tools should be taught (like what I just saw), rather than a lot of hype. </description>

		<description>So far so good, Dave and his team of coaches have been very approachable and hospitable. The coaches had an open forum tonight where we were able to pretty much ask anything that my wife and I found very helpful and human. It was nice to talk with them like the real people they are.

		<description>How do I get info on partnering with the RE investments?  I have my Mass real estate license, but not the funds to invest (yet).  i do not have the knowldege (this is a lot to absord) and rather not go it alone.  I don&#039;t have the skills or time to rehab either.  Thanks. </description>
