Sounds solid and interesting! I've been involved in a number of seminars and read over 100 books on the topic and I really think you are giving good advice here. I've been buying/managing and selling properties in 3 countries, and I believe that real and useful tools should be taught (like what I just saw), rather than a lot of hype.

So far so good, Dave and his team of coaches have been very approachable and hospitable. The coaches had an open forum tonight where we were able to pretty much ask anything that my wife and I found very helpful and human. It was nice to talk with them like the real people they are.

I am currently at the apartment riches boot camp. The first day of information well worth paid for the fee to attend. I know have more than enough information to start investing in apartments.

How do I get info on partnering with the RE investments? I have my Mass real estate license, but not the funds to invest (yet). i do not have the knowldege (this is a lot to absord) and rather not go it alone. I don't have the skills or time to rehab either. Thanks.

Awesome boot camp !!! Took away my fear of looking at deals. You should rename the Case studies to Analyzing Deals Made Easy by Dave.

I have been doing direct mail for sometime now. Thanks for sharing your Sellers script today. I took great notes while you where doing it and role played with a great group. This alone will help me stop chasing bad deals and unmotivated sellers. Thanks for a great tool.

Thanks for the video. The 3 – 4 families have really come down in price in my local market. I own a 22 and 36 unit in an Emerging market. Not going to tell you where. :) Do you think I should invest in both areas ? How long would it take to 1031 these 3-4 families into bigger properties?
