		<description>i  need  help solving a deal its a ten unit apartment  complex that has 2 notes on it totaling $ 650k , the owners want to give the property to me just take over pmt., the challenge is the notes have a due on sale close so we are trying  to figure out a way  around the clause at the same time secure both party&#039;s interest, Ive heard of the lease option idea but I&#039;m not sure how much security, i will have , meaning some one could put a lien against the property  even thought i record the lease option, any help would be great, P.S. i would like to here from people who have actually done transaction  at this level .. </description>
