I REALLY THANK YOU BOTH FOR THE INFORMATION. I AM SEEKING FUNDING FOR A BANK OWNED HOME. $40,000 FOR A FIXER UPPER. THIS CAN BE A GREAT MONEY MAKER IF I COULD GET HELP WITH A PREAPPROVE LETTER.
