For larger properties, having the right team member in place to manage the asset is critical. I think many of us forget that we really are managing a precious asset that throws off massive amounts of cash every month. As real estate investors we all need to learn how to manage our expenses BUT we also need to learn how to spend. And having a qualified property manager is really a great investment.
