    What was the rent roll and the expenses on this property?

    How was the deal structured with the investors? What fees do you charge? Acquisition? Asset Management? What is your share of the cash flow? Split at the end?

    Hi dave,

    I have been following you for a while now. Actually ever since you came the the washington REIA a few years back. I have not even thought about doing a video for my potential investors. As I think about it ,this is an underutilized tool. Given the fact that technology is more accessible now than ever, I think there are plenty of investors that will take this idea and run with it.

    This is good stuff, keep up the good work.
    P.s How long did it take you to raise the equity.
