In a lecture you said that 68% of CRE mortgages will be in foreclosure by 2013. Q: Does this include apartment buildings too, or just office buildings, shopping centers and other types of CRE?
You also said that the end of 2010 or beginning of 2011 will be when the big CRE foreclosure wave will really begin.
Q: Why then and what will be the cause of this? Will this happen to apartments also or just other types of CRE?
