Dave I was in the buying and rehabbing business for a few years and I decided for the effort I was putting in their had to be a better way. For a year I listened to webinars and read books and other materials. I have found that what you teach is some of the best out there. I knew when I selected a person to pattern myself after they had to be doing and teaching what they do. The block I have ran into is I have spent all my money buying programs and putting a game plan together.Then when I ran on to the obstacle of bringing investor money into my game plan I don’t have the money to attend one of your private money boot camps. So for the time being I have taken a web site and put together a wholesaling business of single family houses to create cash flow so I can save up to attend a how to get the money workshop.

Congratulations on your success. I wish I could be at the bootcamp with you. I think that you teach solid skills and if people follow through they will be successful with them. I will keep working at it one day at a time and hopefully I will be on the receiving end of some of your teaching soon. Have a great day! ~Nicky
Thanks, Dave for clearing that up. I have run into other investors who have actually made some very rude remarks and (believe it or not) faces when hearing I have been trained by you (they then start throwing out other names of gurus). All I can think of is who better to have your corner than Dave, he and his crew take phone calls and are there to support you after the bootcamp and product purchases. They are currently in the game. Thanks for clearing that up for everyone.
Dave. I bought your program and just recently emailed some agents in my hometown. I need help getting over my fear of getting into this. What type of advice would you or any of your readers give me to get into apartment home investing? I am 24 years old and have absolutely zero experience with RE investing.

Dave, I’ve been the real estate business for 32 years, very successful. I attend 2-3 seminars a year. Denis Waitly, Steve Covey, walked on fire with Tony Robbins. If I had to pick one person, one progam to use it would be yours, Dave. I attended your boot camp in 2005 and used your no-money down techniques to borrow (no-money down) $1,550,000 from a bank to finance a 45 acre subdivision. My current personal goal is to is to buy 100 units in the next 3-years using your techniques. Why do I want to use your techniques ???????????? Easy…….. 7,000 units. Jim
