Hey Dave
I watched your video and have been to some of your events. But after watching that I can admit that while I acknowledge your success for being one-of-the guys type of commercial real estate investor and becoming very rich in the process none of this means you aren't stark crazy for jumping in the ocean on New Years Day. I live here in Los Angeles and even I would never do that.
Dave I love you but darn if you aren't one crazy millionaire.
That is insane!! Who ever heard of jumping in ice cold water in the middle of the winter? I grew up in Florida where it's warm and would never do that! I hope you had a warm fireplace to wrm up to: )
