  • Q&A Coaching Calls - Live question and answer calls where our coaches take you through the elements of closing deals. We will walk you through fundamental marketing campaigns, taking leads, deal analysis, discuss financing, writing contracts and submitting offers.

Mentorship Curriculum

Question and Answer Coaching Calls

During these live question and answer calls, our coaches will take you through the elements of closing deals. We will walk you through fundamental marketing campaigns, taking leads and deal analysis. We will discuss financing and creative ways to get your deals funded and also focus largely on writing contracts and submitting offers. These calls are designed specifically to answer your questions about any area of the business - whether you are working on a deal or need better understanding of another topic of the business. *All of our bi-weekly classes are recorded and added to the Mentorship learning center within 48 hours in case you miss any or you want to review some of the past classes.

“Case Study” Training Classes

These LIVE case studies are conducted by Mentorship students who have recently closed deals. On the call, you will learn what marketing they have in place, how they found the deal, how the deal was structured and how it was funded. They will detail what repairs went into the property, the costs associated, and how they located the private money and closed the deal. You’ll get the full rundown including what obstacles they encountered and how they were handled. We feel one of the best ways to learn is from case studies, not only from the coaches, but also from actual students across the country. You will realize how successful Mentorship students are when you join us to lead your very first “case study” call.

Mentorship Training Center

The Mentorship Training Center is the most ROBUST, effective and efficient learning management system available to real estate investors and entrepreneurs. All of our training modules, marketing materials, documents, forms, contracts, presentations, etc. are centralized in this hub. You can look at it as the operating manual for a 7-figure real estate business. It is continually growing, evolving, and expanding for what’s working right now in today’s world. You are always ahead of the curve as a Mentorship Student. You have access forever, and your password to the training center will never expire. Inside is a library of hundreds of very specific trainings on narrowly focused areas of the business that has been built up over the past five years that we have been coaching students from around the country.

Customized Curriculum

Upon entering the program, a customized curriculum will be created for you based on your goals, experience level, and time commitments. We do not have a “one-size-fits-all” approach to the program. Our curriculum will be zoned in to focus on the building blocks you need in order to grow in the direction you’re looking to take your business. Within each section of the curriculum, the training modules are logically and intuitively laid out. Not only can you listen trainings on the Mentorship Members’ Website, you can ALSO download the audios to your computer, tablet or smartphone. Weekly Action Plans

We organize and prioritize what you need to execute on a day-to-day basis. Oftentimes, implementation is the most intimidating step for investors. But in Mentorship, ALL THE THINKING IS DONE FOR YOU. The sole purpose of Mentorship is to give you the tools and a plan of action to get you to implement quicker.

Action Plan Video + Implementation Checklist

Within our training modules, your weekly action assignment will be detailed in a 15-15 minute video explaining exactly how to execute the custom, step-by-step plan we’ve laid out for you to implement. In addition to the action plan video, you’ll also have a downloadable “Implementation Checklist”. We provide you with all of the essential documents and resources you’ll need to complete the action plan.

Inevitably, there are literally hundreds of questions and decisions that you will have over the course of a year as a real estate investor. This is why having access to the Mentorship support system is so critical to your success.

The Mentorship support system is designed to give you access to our in house coaches at any time; you know you will always have a mentor to turn to, so you can sleep soundly at night. Additionally, we have designed a one-on-one coaching system so that there is someone holding you accountable and pushing you towards the goals you have set for yourself. On-Demand Coaching System

You will get coaching support anytime throughout the week rather than waiting on a pre-determined appointment. Problems will come up in your business at any moment, which must be addressed in real time so you can keep your business moving. Likewise, our students really appreciate the fact that they have a coach who helps guide them through strategic checkpoints as they implement systems within their business.

Email Support/One-on-One Coaching Appointments

Any coaching program would be incomplete without email support and phone support to help answer your most pressing time-sensitive questions. You will be given a special Mentorship support email address you can use at any time (day or night) to ask a specific question you need answered. You will also have full access to all of our in house Mentorship coaches on rotation should you need to schedule a one-on-one appointment. Jeff, who oversees Mentorship’s support system, makes sure that every question gets answered by the right coach and will ensure that your needs are fully Addressed in 24 hours or less!

Emergency Phone Hotline

HELP?! Any time you are in an urgent situation where you are about to make money or lose money and need a life raft...we are here! We have an emergency phone hotline set up with direct access to a coach. You can take complete comfort in knowing we’re here at all critical times.

Deal Submission Review

Submit your deal analysis to the coaches and let them review the numbers with you so you make the right offer. Doing the wrong deal, offering too much or not factoring in all the numbers correctly could potentially cost you tens of thousands of dollars. We will help with those critical decisions that can sink your business if you don’t know what to offer. Some of the BEST advice you’ll be given is which deals NOT to do.

Business Review Checkpoints

As you’re going through and executing your day-to-day projects and progressing along, we make sure you’re on track. Every 2 weeks, you will have a 1-on-1 call with your coach. At these checkpoints, we will help you evaluate your progress, what you struggle with vs. what you did really well, and help you assess what adjustments need to be made to meet your goals.


Local Full Immersion Training

When you build a house, you always start by establishing a rock-solid foundation. We believe all businesses should take the same approach. This is why we created the three day Full Immersion event that is conducted in your local real estate market.

At this intimate, hands-on training, we begin by teaching you the foundational systems you will use to operate your real estate business on a day-to-day basis. This intimate training focuses on showing you how to implement systems for finding deals, analyzing deals, negotiating deals, obtaining funding and making consistent and strategic offers.. We believe having and establishing market familiarity is one of the keys to getting your business off the ground successfully.

On the second day, we head out into the field to actually look at and analyze local deals. Keeping this localized training intimate is key. When you attend you’ll be amongst a select small group of other Mentorship students like yourself, who are starting the program at the exact same time you are. This gives you the chance to create some long lasting business and personal relationships that will benefit you for years to come. You can easily leverage these relationships to obtain funding for properties, buy and sell deals, share important business contacts and ultimately help you create a competitive advantage in your market. Imagine having a small community of other peers you can turn to who will help and push you to succeed.

On Day 3, we will go through your property package with a fine tooth comb and have you looking at deals the way Dave does. You will be able to read between the lines and know what tale the numbers tell. Where the value play is and what to offer based upon what we want for acquisition fee and carve out.
