Hi I’m Debbie Wallace from Leominster, MA. I went to Dave Lindahl’s Boot Camp in December last year. I actually met 2 of my partners there at the event. We started looking for apartment buildings in some of the emerging markets that Dave mentioned around the US. The Boot Camp truly shows you how to finance any deal. As a real estate appraiser, I have appraised literally hundreds of buildings for some very wealthy people. Living in California, finding multi-family properties that cash flowed property was difficult. Hi Dave! We just wanted to say thank you so very much for providing us with your experience and leadership. Hey guys I want to write you about some good news. We were able to retire my Dad from the funeral business, permanently! This past November my Dad and I purchased a 108 unit multi family property in Dallas. My Dad has been in the funeral business for years. He was burned out talking to people about death all the time. He was able to leave his job this past January and now he's free as a bird! For myself, I was living in a hotel broke as a Texas joke just 2 years ago selling insurance. I am free too, thanks to you two. Thank you so much for everything you do! We now own over 350 commercial units and are growing each and every day. God Bless you!
Hi Dave, over the years I have invested in all kinds of Real Estate tools (everybody is a Guru) and I have to admit I have never received the kind of support that I have gotten from your group. You cannot retire anytime soon, because your organization is truly making a difference. Making money may eventually bore you – but us mere mortals are extremely grateful for the unselfish EDUCATION you have provided, and the way that you and your staff bring us into the fold and treat us like family. I have learned so much, my coach and your staff is am amazing safety blanket for me.
Never once was there any doubt in our mind that we would not be able to do this. The training was very encouraging and kept us on the right track. Our coach guided us step by step but at the proper time had us start looking for other deals to keep the machine constantly running. Before we closed on our first deal we also had a 110 unit apartment complex and a 500 unit storage facility under contract. As we are moving along with those we are looking at several other properties as well.

Dave, it was only two short weeks after getting your course and putting your strategies to play that my phone started to ring with deals, and best of all, these sellers weren't on the MLS. No one else knew they were selling. Which meant no competition. I found a property I was interested in and I ran the number through your awesome software, and like magic it told me I had a deal.

I'm working on acquiring my 11th house for rehab this year and am moving to a 'Chunker Strategy' where I am using the profits to purchase long term rental properties. I'm up to 3 rentals in my first year (2 single families and a duplex) and I want to start doing 1031 exchanges to move up to larger buildings. I'm looking forward to your seminar!
